Delete Your Fronic Data
A Fronic "account" is just a phone number registered with the signaling server — there's no separate profile, password, or cloud-stored history to speak of. Deleting it deletes everything Fronic holds about you, immediately, with nothing held back afterward.
How to request deletion
In the app: open Fronic, go to Settings → Account, and tap Delete account. Confirm the dialog and your registration is deleted immediately. On a device Google Play can verify, this requires no code at all; the app confirms with Play Integrity that this is a genuine, unmodified copy of Fronic (once per 24 hours per number). On a device Play Integrity cannot verify, you will be asked to confirm a one-time code sent over WhatsApp, Telegram, or email instead. You are returned to the setup screen afterward to register a new number if you wish to.
No app installed, or you have lost the device? Email contact@fronic.net from any address, with the phone number you registered with Fronic (including the country code, e.g. +1 555 0100), and we will remove it by hand within a few business days, confirming by reply once this is done.
What gets deleted
| Data | Deleted? |
|---|---|
| Phone number registration | Yes — removed entirely |
| Alias (display name), if set | Yes |
| Push delivery address | Yes |
| Device verification key | Yes |
| Prekey bundle (public keys used to start encrypted conversations) | Yes |
| Any message still waiting in your mailbox | Yes — dropped immediately, not left to expire |
That is the complete list of the durable data the signaling server holds for a registered number (see the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown). There is no persistent call or message history, and no analytics profile, stored on the server at all: a text message or small photo passing through sits in memory until either the recipient's device collects it or an account deletion clears it outright, and a video, voice message, or large photo sits on disk as ciphertext the server cannot read, only until it is downloaded or, at the latest, seven days pass. Your actual conversations, including photos, videos, and voice messages, live encrypted only in the app's local storage on your own device, and are removed by uninstalling the app or using Settings → Privacy's auto-clear/panic-wipe options.
Retention after a deletion request
None for the registration itself, and none for your mailbox. Once a number's registration is removed, nothing about it remains on the signaling server's registration table, and anything still queued for it is dropped in the same instant — there is no retention period, backup copy, or delayed purge to wait out for either. The one exception is a video, voice message, or large photo ciphertext already in flight through the attachment relay when deletion happens: unaffected by the deletion itself, it is still deleted automatically within seven days at the latest, same as for any registered number.
